Shipping policy

United States Domestic Shipping
Buyers are responsible for the shipping cost of their orders unless their order meets the free shipping threshold. They are also responsible for any return shipping costs. Shipping is a non-refundable cost.


SHIPPING TIMES
Our packages are shipped via USPS or UPS. Buyers are able to select their desired shipping method and estimated time frame at the time of checkout. These time frames are estimations automatically generated by Shopify Shipping, and we are not responsible for shipping delays or inaccurate suggested time frames.

Shipping times are generally 1-5 business days (during non-peak seasons) after the order leaves our shop (not from the time the order is placed, please see our current order processing times). Customers will receive an automated email with tracking information when your order ships.

We appreciate and respect the work of the dedicated USPS and UPS workers and delivery drivers. Once a package leaves our store to make its way to its new home, it is in the hands of USPS or UPS.

All Our Love Handmades is not responsible for any delays, lost packages, tracking status updates (or lack there of), or undeliverable packages.
With the increase of daily package delivery, it is normal for the tracking status to be “In transit, arriving late.” Packages usually arrive safely to its new home. We truly appreciate your patience and understanding when it comes to shipping.


LOST PACKAGES
USPS considers a domestic package to be lost if it is not delivered 15 days after mailing. If your package has not arrived, please contact me within 10 calendar days after this day (25 days since shipping confirmation date) so that I may file a lost package claim.


RETURN TO SENDER OR UNDELIVERABLE ORDERS
If an order is returned to the shop, marked undeliverable, or was mailed to an incorrect address and the error occurred where the buyer did not input the correct shipping address at the time of the order, we are not responsible for shipping the item again.

If an error occurs on our part and the original submitted order was correct, we will gladly ship the order back to the customer at the correct address.


ORDER PROCESSING TIMEFRAME
Orders that
do not contain a personalized item will generally ship within 3 business days of the order date while orders with personalized items have a current processing time of 5 business days.

This may increase during holiday and sale seasons, but we will do our best to communicate our current processing time on our website.

Orders will ship when all items are ready, not separately.
If you place an order with a Pre-Order Item, all items in this order will ship when the pre-order item has become available. If you do not want to wait, we suggest placing an order for in stock items and a separate order for pre-order items.


SHIPPING CANDLES IN THE WARMER MONTHS

In an effort to keep the time that orders containing candles spend in shipping transit during the summer months, we aim to ship orders containing candles on Mondays & Tuesdays. Thank you for understanding!
